Music
When I got home from school today, I had a good idea for a new workout. I have done "music workouts" before, but this one is a little different. I picked a few songs on my phone and during one song I would do one exercise for that amount of time. Then I would take a minute break and go on to the next song with a new exercise. I did this for 30 minutes. Today I worked a lot on jumping jacks, sit ups, and squats.
