Weekend Workout

I wanted to challenge myself this weekend so I found a "weekend workout" online. It was extremely tiring! I actually did it on both Saturday and today. I am also really excited because I downloaded an app that I am going to start using during summer. The main idea is to go from "couch to 5k". I'm not actually training for a 5k, but it just seems like a good way to stay in shape and maybe lose a little weight. Until then, I am going to keep finding workouts I like online!
